That email doesn't look quite right

How to update your email to log a ticket when you've signed up using your Ethereum wallet.

If you're having trouble logging a ticket because your email address is your wallet address. Follow the steps below to update your email address in your profile. This will then allow you to log a ticket.

Step 1: Navigate to settings

In the top right corner click on your username to show the user profile drop down. Then click the gear icon.

Once on the setting page click on the 'Profile' link.

Step 3: Replace your email address with a valid email

Find the email address field in your profile details and replace your wallet ID with a valid email address. This email address will be used to send you updates on ticket progress and updates.

Step 4: Log a ticket

Once you've updated your email address you can now log a ticket.

You might need to refresh the page for your updates to take effect.
